A collaboration with Zarch Collaboratives, the 12 ha. Defu Industrial City (DIC) is the
first project in a long term redevelopment of Defu Industrial Park, where the landscape includes a ground level "green spine”, planned as part of a larger pedestrian network, as well as roof gardens and terraces along with vertical greening.

 

The landscape design of DIC will be a unifying element of the development, bringing the various stakeholders together–industrial workers (including daytime and those residing in rooftop dormitories), service providers,
and the general public–using pedestrian passages, recreation facilities, and outdoor food & beverage spaces.
